Welcome aboard to this course on Change Management!

This course will help develop the skills and knowledge required to promote the use and implementation of innovative work practices to effect change and manage changes so there is minimal work place disruption. Upon course completion, participants will be able to: Understand the role of change in organizational success. Change management course encompasses the methods and manners in which a company describes and implements change within both its internal and external processes. Through theoretical sessions and hands-on practical knowledge-sharing lessons, students will be able to define the key concepts associated with change management and be able to apply the same in their future organizations.
